How to order one of our brochure, flyer or leaflet products?

The process to order one of our package designs is simple; Just give us a call on +44 (0) 2036171420 or send us an email: info@abgrouponline.com or va01@abgrouponline.com. The other way to order is to press the “Order Now” buttons along with the short form to be completed that contains your details. Using our on-line services you can process the payments through Credit Card, Debit Card, PayPal online and Bank Transfer; Once completed our company will send you the invoice.

The initial concepts of the design would start after we have received the form with the questions given to you. This phase would take around 5 to 10 working days, however, the leading time period will vary so contact us. Afterwards, we will send an email which contains the design for approval. If you need help with the questionnaire please let us know and we will send you over some informative material to read about it which it will help you to guide towards an informative decision.

Don’t be afraid to send us feedback on the initial stage as it will help us to focus more on the requirement and the details. We will do our best to complete the revisions within 72 hours. The package will dictate the number of revisions available, but we will send a new quote if you need more revisions.

Once the design is finalised, we will send you all the files you require for print, web, clothing, signage, and more. No extra fees will be charged if you need extra files. You will have the complete ownership of your design.

The final design is sent for the approval in order to be checked and signed by the client. The client holds the responsibility to check for any omission, syntax, orthography, design, and grammatical errors. The company will use the best software on the market to analyse any typing mistakes before delivering the final product, however, we decline any responsibility and/or damages and/or any refunds as indicated on the bases above.

What happens if I need to print the file?

Assistance can be offered for printing your files within the best and closes facility available. A list of suitable printing companies will be given together with the assistance during the process if deemed necessary.
