One of the most iconic projects in the UK market and the largest site in Europe part of Battersea regeneration project which involved the conversion of the historic London Battersea Power Station into a commercial mix use headquarter of Apple and other famous VIPs residential properties. We have project managed one of the installation package focused on the structural and architectural steel construction with budget responsibility of several million of Sterling Pounds.

We have project managed an architectural and structural steel package composed of high-spec curved balustrade, waterjet cutted decorative panels, car wash and several other structural elements operating as interface between the main contractor and a leading subcontractor company operating within the steel fabrication and assembly with a budget responsibility of several million of Sterling Pounds.

Acting as project manager we have managed the development, production and installation of all the tower balconies with relevant project responsibilities which it is has been achieved on time and within budget.

The datacentre upgrade located in London, it was an M&E upgrade within existing facilities including the installation of new generators, UPS, plantroom and server rooms as part of a major refurbishment program we have followed the design project development and site installation of all the steel structural elements and plantrooms.

Operating within a live environment the Datacentre upgrade done in Basingstoke was a challenging project completed on time and within budget; The project involved an M&E upgrade which it was part of a major datacentre upgrade. We have managed the design development and installation of a roof steel platform structures, plant rooms, UPS, generators, interal structural reinforcement, servers rooms and external slab basements construction.

Collaborating with one of the local main contrator in London we have followed and supported the company director into the project management and development of various residential refurbishment projects around Wimbledon area. We have collaborated to setup from scratch all the H&S system and updated the company procedure providing education to all the personnel on site.
