Do you need to print the files?

Assistance can be offered for printing your files within the best and closes facility available. A list of suitable printing companies will be given together with the assistance during the process if deemed necessary. AB Group On line doesn’t have any responsibility for manage the delivery and process payment towards third parties.

The design process

STEP 1

Every new project starts by receiving the on-line “ORDER NOW” form which it will help us to understand the client requirement and collect the first information about the project and expectations such as timeframe and design requirements.

STEP 2

The Order Form once received, it will be analyzed by our team within 48 hours or even before in line with our workload and an answer will be given by email or phone call in order to clarify any outstanding doubts making sure we are all on the same page.

STEP 3

Once all the phases above are clarified, we will send the contract to be signed electronically with the scope of work, delivery timeframe eventually agreed and prices. We target ourself “to stick” as much as possible to the prices indicated in our website explaining clearly what it is included and what it is not included in our services. Once we have received the deposit payment from the client, the process it moves to the next step.

STEP 4

The client to approve the work template for any depliant and/or brochure before the full scope of work is developed. Once we have got the design template approved in written by mail, we will proceed to develop the rest of the outstanding project.

We target to deliver all our design within 5/10 working days as average, however, it depends from many factors for example but not limited to: actual workload, complexity, design problems etc.. The delivery timeframe will be discussed and approved in anycase at STAGE 1.

Depending from the package ordered and if it is not expressively indicated, we are offering the reasonable number of revisions for your design to make sure you achieve your expectations. If during the process it will be require a complete design template revision which it will force us to re-design the base, than a new cost as project variation will be applied and agreed accordingly between the parties before we proceed further.

We target to deliver any variation as average within 4 working days in line with our workload.

 STEP 5

Once the design is finalised, we will send you the copies in low resolution as evidence of the job done and for your final approval. 

The final design is sent for approval in order to be checked and signed by the client. The client holds the responsibility to check for any omission, syntax, orthography, design, and grammatical errors. The company will use the best software on the market to analyse any typing mistakes before delivering the final product, however, we decline any responsibility and/or damages and/or any refunds as indicated on the bases above once the project has been already printed.

Once the client process the final payment we will proceed to the last phase.

STEP 6

We will send you all the copies in high resolution that are required for print your project. No extra fees will be charged if you need extra files and you will have the complete ownership of your design.
